In times of uncertainty...
Nature calls us for some much needed peace,

While there are many ways to spend time in nature
here are just a few found on line requiring no travel or crowds.
~Lounge or sit in chair and relax outside
~Listen or watch the birds
~Take a nap in the grass
~Walk, Run, Yoga or Exercise in Nature

~Tend to your patio, yard or garden
~Play a game with your children or loved one outside
